The Diamond Crested Half Channel Ring by Emily Nixon – A bold evolution of Emily’s signature channel ring design, this heavier band features a wider, sea-worn channel set with brilliant white VS diamonds encircling the entire ring. The organic texture and irregular form evoke the natural erosion of tidal landscapes, while the substantial 18ct recycled yellow gold band adds weight and presence.

Constant experimentation, playfulness and development of ideas, alongside a mindfulness of the relationship each piece has with the wearer, drives Emily’s creative process and output. The dichotomy of the precious and the organic – special stones encircled by sea-worn fragments of gold – characterises so much of her inspiration. At the heart of Emily Nixon’s work remains the sculpture and tapestry of her early fine art practice.
