The Wild Water Sapphire Nori Ring by Emily Nixon – Pools of ocean-blue sapphires are wrapped in flowing ribbons of sea-worn 18ct gold, echoing the movement and mystery of tidal waters. This sea-inspired treasure captures the glint of cool, clear pools—organic, sculptural, and full of quiet brilliance. Handcrafted by Emily in Cornwall and cast in 18ct recycled, refined yellow gold using the traditional lost wax process, this ring is a unique celebration of nature’s elegance and coastal beauty.

Constant experimentation, playfulness and development of ideas, alongside a mindfulness of the relationship each piece has with the wearer, drives Emily’s creative process and output. The dichotomy of the precious and the organic – special stones encircled by sea-worn fragments of gold – characterises so much of her inspiration. At the heart of Emily Nixon’s work remains the sculpture and tapestry of her early fine art practice.
